Pre-treatment plants degrease, rinse, clean and usually phosphate vehicle bodies/parts coming from the body shop, to prepare them for electro-coating. The electro-coating plant applies an anti-corrosive primer on the vehicle bodies/parts by dipping them in an electrically conductive paint bath.
The processes are carried out using a series of spray systems, full immersion dip tanks or a combination of both. Complex primary and secondary piping systems circulate, filter, heat, cool and chemically dose the various solutions.
