Curing Ovens

DRYSYS designs and constructs curing ovens for industrial coating and thermal processing applications. Systems are engineered to suit specific product requirements, coating systems, and production throughput, and can be integrated into new or existing manufacturing facilities.

We provide end-to-end delivery, including scoping, design, manufacture, testing, commissioning, and ongoing support.

System Design

Curing ovens are configured to suit process and energy requirements, with heating options including:

  • Direct or indirect gas-fired systems

  • Electric element heating

  • Catalytic infrared (gas) heating

  • Combination convection and infrared systems

Design features may include high-velocity airflow, recirculation systems, radiant walls, and turbulator technology to achieve uniform temperature distribution and efficient heat transfer.

Key Features

  • Engineered for uniform temperature control and consistent curing performance

  • High airflow and recirculation for improved efficiency and reduced curing times

  • Configurable for batch or continuous production

  • Integration with PLC and SCADA control systems where required

  • Designed for installation within operational facilities

Typical Applications

  • Automotive and commercial vehicle manufacturing

  • Aerospace components

  • Rail and heavy industry

  • General industrial coating processes
